Yogurt Adventure

Having some yogurt craze now. Think it is healthy and fat-free... lol.
Been pretty enthusiastic on eating right and healthy especially using of food science.

Should I go get a cert in Food and Nutrient? Gonna stay Aussie for 4 years degree. Or maybe I should just go M'sia. Their uni also offer this course.
